Originally from Missouri, Kelly’s diverse training, creative style and dynamic energy has allowed her the ability to share her talents through a variety of artistic outlets. With over 20 years of professional choreography, coaching and performance experience, she has developed productions for two of the largest theme park corporations in the country, countless competitive collegiate and high school dance team competition routines and various competitive pieces for studios across the nation. In addition, Kelly has been a guest artist for several University Musical Theatre and Dance programs, along with Soul de Soul Dance Convention Tour. A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Kelly was a member of the Kaleidoscope Dance Company and UCO Broncho Pom Squad. Following graduation, Kelly moved to New York with a scholarship to Broadway Dance Center to continue her training in their Professional Program, in conjunction with Steps on Broadway and Peridance Capezio Center.
Kelly has developed a style and method of composition that compliments the abilities of dancers at all stages of growth and development, having been recognized countless times for her unique and entertaining choreography on both the regional and national stage. Her choreography and guidance has resulted in teams being recognized in the top five nationally year after year, along with national championship credits. Her portfolio of teams includes: West Virginia University, Missouri State University, Wichita State University, Maryville University, Seckman Varsity JagSwag, St. Francis Borgia High School, North County High School, Liberty High School and Belton High School. She has been featured on the cover of Dance Teacher Magazine, a member of Varsity DanceCAST and has been a featured motivational speaker at several woman’s leadership events and corporate retreats.
